Let me start with a story:

My dog Jake is 14 years old. I have had him since I was 10. At his yearly checkup his veterinarian heard a heart murmur and was concerned that Jake had something wrong with his heart. We had thoracic radiographs taken, but they weren’t confident in their ability to read them to determine what was wrong. I had the option of paying $150 to hear back in 2-3 days, or paying $250 to hear back sometime today. Being a vet student, I could barely afford the $150, not to mention paying an extra $100. I stressed for 3 days not knowing what was wrong with Jake. Several days later, the report came back saying his heart was enlarged and suggested that he had Myxomatous Mitral Valve Disease (MMVD). I was almost angry that we hadn’t started treatment right away.

I disliked this whole experience and went to my fiancé, Tomas, to say that we need to fix it. With his skills in Machine Learning and Web/Mobile App Development, we put together RadAnalyzer to solve this problem. Our goal is to provide VHS/VLAS scores to the veterinarian in seconds, not days.
